Honey Sweet Potato is one of the unique product that coming from Java [Indonesia], the product grow from the mountain at about 600 meter about sea level. The soils there are that special for this product. Over at Java, the local call it Ubi Cilembu, you can find them along the road side, some of the stall Bakar [BBQ] and sell for the passing by and bring home for family.
The Honey Sweet Potato are Harvest, Washed, Dry, Select, Packed and Export. After washed, the products do not use any of the preservative or any kind of method to prolong the freshness.
The RED Soils are that special over this area. Traditional farming with No or minimum chemical is use. 4.5 months grow time is needed for each crops.
Most 0f the farmer there planting this product are very proud of what they are involving to share this lovely product to the world. Very little fertilizer is need along the way, the heaven is giving the crop most of what is needed. But for sure, rain / water is still very important to all the vegetable in order to grow well.
